Interactive Event Engagement
A missed opportunity for audience engagement is within your grasp.
Before going live on stage with my Quiz Show, I roll a trivia activation for people to play on their mobile devices. I've observed that pre-show hype is sometimes a missed opportunity by event planners to engage conference and event audiences. It can significantly increase positive responses in your survey results from attendees.
For instance, I knew this was going to be a hot show when people were cheering at the leaderboard on the big screen for over 10 mins.
This meant the audience was already having a great time before I had even said a word in the microphone.
The conference and Holiday Party season is a time to focus on our business community, networking, celebrating success, and looking forward to future collaborations. The very same people who work through professional, industry, global, and personal challenges all year really value the time to focus on joy and positivity, at least for an evening.
I'm always grateful when I'm selected to join this joyful kind of gathering and provide the entertainment.
Whether it be Holiday Parties, Recognition Programs, Team Building or Town Halls, try to maximize your engagement by preparing interactive tools for your audience to enjoy from the moment they arrive to the moment the first person takes the stage.
